PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. crushed pineapple with juice (17 1/2 oz.)
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 c. white bread cubes
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter

Mix together pineapple and sugar; set aside. Trim crust from slices of bread and cut in cubes. Put cubes in greased casserole dish. Beat eggs and milk and add to pineapple mixture. Pour on cubes and toss. Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
