6 med. potatoes
1 c. celery
1 c. carrots, shredded
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
1/3 c. chopped sweet pickles
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. mustard
2 boiled eggs
2 tsp. vinegar

Cook potatoes and boil eggs. Add celery, carrots, onions, peppers and pickles. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, salt, celery seed, vinegar and mustard. Add mixture to potatoes. Toss lightly. Add eggs, cover and chill.
