FARMHOUSE EGGS | |
Form sausage meat into 6 patties. Broil or saute until cooked. Put on top of halved buttered English muffins. Put a poached egg on each patty and garnish with Hollandaise or cheese sauce. 3 MINUTE HOLLANDAISE: 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. sour cream 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. lemon juice Combine ingredients. Heat over low heat. Serve with above recipe. Makes 1/2 cup. |
