2 c. flour
3/4 tbsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. pecans
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. light molasses
1 c. raisins

Mix together flour, ginger, cinnamon, and baking soda. Beat together butter, sugar, egg, and molasses. Mix all together and add pecans and raisins. Roll into balls, roll in sugar, flatten and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
