CHILI BEANS 
3 lbs. ground beef
1 c. finely chopped onion
2 cans whole peeled tomatoes, undrained
6 c. cooked pinto beans (or 3 cans)
1 pack chili seasoning mix
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
Texas Pete to taste

Brown ground beef in skillet. In large pot combine tomatoes, onion and pintos, simmer. In a small bowl mix chili seasoning and water. Add this to the drained ground beef. Then pour the ground beef into the large pot and mix well. Add salt, pepper and Texas Pete to taste. Simmer for 20 minutes.
