ELEANOR'S PICKLE ROLLS 
Soft white bread - less body the better
Sweet Gherkin pickles
Mayonnaise

Cut crust from bread. Cut ends from pickles, but allow to remain moist in juice. Spread mayonnaise on bread. Place pickle on bread and roll. Apply slight pressure so bread stays around pickle. Cut across pickle roll forming 3-4 bite size pieces. Enjoy.
