CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 graham cracker crumb crust
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 can cherry pie filling

In large bowl, beat the cream cheese until it's fluffy. Slowly add the milk, continuing to beat the mixture, until well blended. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Blend well. Pour into pie crust. Chill for 3-4 hours or until firm. Top with cherry pie filling and serve. Store in refrigerator.
