CHEESE FROSTED CAULIFLOWER 
1 med. head cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. mustard
3/4 c. sharp cheese, shredded
Sprinkle of salt

Trim head of cauliflower, wash, precook whole in boiling salted water, 12 to 15 minutes, drain. Place on ungreased shallow baking pan. Sprinkle of salt.

Combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise with 2 teaspoons of mustard. Spread over cauliflower. Top with 3/4 cup of shredded sharp process cheese. Bake at 375 degrees about 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese has melted and just starting to brown.
