SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. salt
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1 c. cooked tomatoes, drained
1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese

Cook onion and meat together until meat is brown. Stir in catsup and salt. Set aside. Stir milk into Bisquick, stirring until well blended. turn onto a lightly floured board. Knead and add Bisquick as needed until it doesn't stick to your fingers. Roll into a circular shape and place in a 9 inch pie pan. Fill with meat and onion. Cover with tomato and top with grated cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
