TACO SALAD | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 head lettuce 1 can kidney beans, drained 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 2 tomatoes, diced 1 med. bag tortilla chips 1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian or thousand island salad dressing Brown ground beef and drain grease. Tear lettuce into small pieces; mix in ground beef, kidney beans, cheese and tomatoes. Chill. Just before serving, crush tortilla chips into small pieces and stir into salad. Pour on salad dressing and mix well. Serves 6 to 10. |
