YELLOW ANGEL FOOD CAKE 
11 to 15 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. ice water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon

Beat egg yolks, ice water and salt for 5 minutes at medium speed, then high speed for 10 minutes. Fold in sugar and flavorings. Sift together flour, baking powder and cream of tartar.

Fold into the egg yolk mixture. Pour into ungreased 10-inch tube pan.

Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
