TANDOORI CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. chili powder
Dash turmeric
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. corn oil
1 (2 1/2 lb.) broiler, halved (or chicken breasts)

Mix spices; stir in water and lemon juice, then corn oil. Brush mixture on all sides of chicken. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours (or overnight). Place chicken, skin side down, in broiler as directed by manufacturer for chicken. Broil 25-30 minutes. Turn chicken skin side up. Broil until chicken is fork tender and browned, about 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
