TANDOORI CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. red chili powder
1/2 c. yogurt
4 cardomoms (ground)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. garlic
1 tsp. garam masala (hot spices)
2 tsp. cumin seeds, ground
4 tbsp. oil
Pinch of red color

Marinate chicken with all the ingredients pricking with fork for 2 hours. Keep oil in a pan and lay down chicken. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
