1 qt. milk
1/2 c. rice
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. sugar
Speck of salt

Place in top of double boiler. Stir. Set over boiling water. Cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Beat 2 eggs. Stir a little of hot pudding into eggs. Add to main pudding, stir to mix. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix well. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. It works very well if you wish to double pudding. Still only needs 1 hour to cook.
