GINGER CHICKEN 
1/4 c. rice vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. water
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 to 2 tbsp. fresh grated, ginger
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
4 skinless chicken breasts with rib bones
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix all ingredients together. Place chicken in pot. Cover with sauce and cook on stove one hour. Remove chicken and thicken sauce with 2 tablespoons cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup water. Return chicken to pot. Serve with rice and salad.

Quick and easy, but tastes like you worked for hours to put it all together.
