RHUBARB CRISP 
1 qt. rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Grated rind of 1/2 orange
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar

TOPPING:

3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. bran cereal

Combine rhubarb, grated rind of orange, orange juice and 1/2 cup sugar. Pour rhubarb mixture into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Spoon on topping. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until lightly browned and bubbly.
