ST. PATTY'S TREAT 
1 sm. pkg. green Jello
1/2 c. pecan pieces
1 lg. container low-fat cottage cheese
1 can of drained, crushed pineapple

Drain pineapple. Mix lime Jello into large bowl, not adding any water (dry). Fold in cottage cheese and then Cool Whip. Stir in nuts. Place in serving bowls and chill. Can serve in one hour or next day. Makes 8 small servings or 6 large.
