RAPID RISE BREAD 
3 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
6-8 c. flour
1/3 c. butter
2 2/3 c. warm water (120-130 degrees)
4 1/2 tsp. salt

In bowl mix 3 cups flour, sugar, salt, and undissolved yeast. Add butter. Gradually add water and mix. Stir in enough flour so you have a stiff dough.

Knead dough 10-12 minutes. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes. Divide dough in half. Shape into loaves and put in greased pans. Refrigerate 2-12 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before ready to bake. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes until done.
