1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sour cream
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. flour

Mix first 5 ingredients together and add to sour cream, egg and vanilla. Mix together remaining ingredients and sprinkle over top and combine with a pastry blender. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees.
