MICROWAVE PEACH CRISP 
4 med. peaches, sliced (about 3 c. or 2 cans, 16 oz. each sliced peaches, drained)
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

Arrange peaches in square microwave dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over peaches. Microwave uncovered on high (100%) 6 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn. Microwave uncovered until peaches are tender, 4 to 6 minutes longer. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream if desired. Makes 6 servings.

Conventional Oven Directions: Heat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare as directed except, use square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Bake until peaches are tender, 30 to 35 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
