CHINESE CHICKEN 
12 oz. jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. onion soup mix
8 oz. bottle Russian salad dressing
8 or 10 pieces chicken (skinless, boneless breasts)

Mix preserves, onion soup mix and Russian dressing. Pour mixture over chicken pieces in a shallow baking dish. Cover baking dish with top or foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
