SCALLOPED POTATOES 
12 oz. peeled & sliced potatoes
1 c. sliced or chopped onion
1 pkg. instant chicken broth & seasoning mix (sm. container (green) at Eagles - Herbex)
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. skim milk

Layer potatoes and onion with salt and pepper in an 8 x 8 inch pan. Mix together chicken broth, cornstarch and milk and pour over potatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serves 4.
