TO - DIE - FOR PEACH PIE 
1 box Pillsbury ready-to-use pie crust
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
5 c. fresh peaches
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter

Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon, then add sliced (but not peeled) peaches and lemon juice. Turn into 9 inch crust-lined pie dish. Dot butter on top of filling and top with crust. Slit crust in several places and wrap a 2 inch strip of tinfoil around the edges of the crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, or until top crust is golden brown. Remove tinfoil for last 15 minutes of baking...no burnt edges!
