PLATE PEACH PIE | |
1 unbaked deep dish pie crust (thawed) 2 cups sliced peaches 3 egg yolks 1 cup sugar 1 stick butter 3 tbsp. all purpose flour 3 egg whites, beaten Put sliced peaches in uncooked pie crust. Mix egg yolks, sugar, butter and flour. Pour over peaches and bake at 325°F until golden brown. Top with beaten egg whites, put back in oven and brown egg whites. |
