DEVILED GREEN BEANS 
1 med. sized onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. buttered or butter
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. (1/4 lb.) grated Cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
2 canned pimientos, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans or 1 med. sized can (#303) cut beans

Saute onions, garlic, green pepper and pimientos in butter until onions are limp. Stir in mustard, tomato sauce, and cheese. Cook frozen beans in small amount of water until just tender, or drain liquid from canned beans. Combine beans and sauce, turn into a greased 1 quart casserole. Bake in a moderate oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 4.
