4 med. size soft avocados (cut up) 1/2 med. size onion (finely chopped) 1 lg. tomato (diced) Spices: Garlic, salt, pepper 1/4 c. mild picante sauce Lemon juice Begin with finely chopped onion. Add avocado pieces and mash with a fork or potato masher until desired consistency is reached. Add tomato, spices and picante sauce to taste. Stir in the juice of the lemon to preserve color. Serve with tacos, chalupas or tortilla chips. Note: Adding one of the whole pits in the serving bowl will help maintain freshness. |
