TUNA MELT 
1 (6 1/2 oz) tuna
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. stick of celery, finely chopped
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 to 2 diced sweet sour pickles
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 slices bread
2 boiled eggs, finely chopped (optional)

Turn broiler on.

Mix all together and spread evenly over the 6 slices of bread. Broil for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

NOTE: This also makes an excellent sandwich spread.
