SAUSAGE STUFFING 
1 lg. loaf bread, white or wheat
1 roll sausage, mild or hot
1 egg
Milk
1 small onion
2-3 stalks celery
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

Break up bread into pieces. Mix egg and sausage in with bread. Moisten bread with milk, amount varies. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Stuff a turkey or other poultry or bake in a casserole dish at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. Low cholesterol version: substitute water for milk and omit the egg. Stuffs a 15 to 20 pound turkey.
