STUFFED SHRIMP 
2 dozen lg. shrimp
2 c. boiled crabmeat
1 bell pepper
2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1/2 c. sliced celery
Salt & black pepper
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 egg
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Bread crumbs

Saute onions, bell peppers, celery and garlic in oil until tender on low heat. Add crabmeat. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Cool, then mix in 1 egg and flour to the crabmeat mixture. Split shrimp in middle. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Stuff shrimp with crabmeat. Sprinkle bread crumbs over crabmeat. Top off with butter. Put shrimp into large baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
