FROZEN LEMON DESSERT 
4 eggs, separated
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 box vanilla wafers
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Beat egg yolks in saucepan. Add sugar and lemon juice. Boil together until mixture thickens. Cool. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in 1 container Cool Whip. Add lemon mixture. Crush wafers and spread half on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Add lemon mixture and spread rest of crumbs on top. Freeze.
