GERMAN SWEET CHOCOLATE BROWNIES | |
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Baker's German's sweet chocolate 1/4 c. butter 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped nuts Heat oven to 350 degrees. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on high 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir sugar into melted chocolate mixture. Mix in eggs and vanilla until well blended. Stir in flour and nuts. Spread in greased 8 inch square pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out with fudgy crumbs. Do not overbake. Cool in pan; cut into squares. Yield: Makes about 16 brownies. |
