GARDEN SCRAMBLE STIR-FRY | |
2 tbsp. salad oil 1 lg. clove garlic, minced or pressed 1 c. broccoli, cut in 1/2 inch chunks 1 c. cauliflower, cut in 1/2 inch chunks 1 c. carrots, cut in 1/2 inch slanting slices 1 red bell pepper, cut in 1/4 inch strips 1 onion, cut in 1/2 inch chunks Salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste Place pan over high heat. Heat oil. Add vegetables, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes. Add in seasonings to taste and serve over rice. |
