FUSS-FREE RISOTTO 
1 1/2 c. water
2/3 c. long grain wild rice
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. half and half
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste

In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Stir in rice. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Stir in butter, half and half and Parmesan cheese. Add salt to taste.
