BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked rice
1 (6 oz.) pkg. broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese

Cook rice. Cook broccoli, then drain of excess water. Heat soup and cheese together until cheese is melted. Mix together rice, broccoli and soup cheese mixture.

Bake at 350°F uncovered until bubbles, about 30 minutes.
