LIVER PATE | |
1 can beef consomme 8 oz. liverwurst 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 pkg. Knox gelatin Soften gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water and add to heated consomme. Pour a small amount of this into 1 or more molds. Refrigerate. In a blender combine remaining consomme and other ingredients. Add 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 tsp. (approximately) or Worcestershire. Pour into molds with hardened gelatin and refrigerate. |
