1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. water

Mix and spread in 9 x 13 inch pan.

1 pkg. chocolate frosting mix
2 2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. butter

Heat in saucepan and pour carefully over mixture in pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm or cold.
