1 pkg. chocolate pudding (cook kind)
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix (without pudding)
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 sm. pkg. peanuts

Cook pudding as directed. Remove from heat. Add cake mix and stir well. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Sprinkle chips and peanuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes.
