MOM'S CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
2/3 c. cocoa mix or 4 env. hot cocoa mix
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. water (milk for richer taste)
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine hot cocoa mix, sugar, and cornstarch in saucepan. Add water and egg yolks, blend well. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture boils. Boil and stir 1 more minute.

Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into eight inch graham cracker pie crust. Chill. If desired garnish with sweetened whipped cream or dessert topping.
