3 tbsp. cocoa
3 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
1 3/4 c. milk
Dash of salt

Mix cocoa, sugar, cornstarch, and salt in top of double boiler. Scald the 1 3/4 cups milk. Mix with dry ingredients. Add 1/2 cup milk and vanilla. Cook over boiling water in double boiler 15 minutes.
