SUPER CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
3/4 c. sugar
1 sq. melted chocolate
1 3/4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 pt. plus 2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar, chocolate, cornstarch, salt and egg. Thin mixture with 2 tablespoons milk. Beat well. Scald remaining milk; thin chocolate mixture with small amount of remaining milk. Cook, stirring constantly until thick. Beat thoroughly. Add vanilla, beat again.

Pour into individual serving dishes. Cover with foil and refrigerate. Serve with or without cream, whipped or unwhipped.
