CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
1 1/4 c. cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cornstarch, sugar, cocoa and salt with cold milk. Gradually add hot milk; cook over boiling water in top of double boiler, stirring until thick. Cover and cook 20 minutes. Add vanilla. Pour into dish and chill.
