TEX-MEX CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns 2 lb. ground beef 26 oz. jar salsa 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese Cook hash browns according to package directions and place in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. In a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Pour salsa over beef and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place beef mixture into the middle of the hash browns. Sprinkle cheese over all. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 20 minutes. |
