PORK TENDERLOIN WITH MUSHROOMS 
1 1/2 pork tenderloin
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pepper
1 sm. clove garlic

SAUCE:

1/2 button mushrooms
1 onion
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sherry
1/2 c. heavy cream

Trim fat from meat. Beat the meat flat. Cut into crosswise 1 inch strips. Measure the oil and lemon juice into a bowl and season with pepper. Peel and crush the garlic and mix with lemon juice. Marinate the pork for 30 minutes.
