SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. diced onion
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. plain yogurt

Mix together first 10 ingredients. Make meatballs walnut size and brown in oil. Remove meatballs from pan; drain. Mix pan drippings with flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in 2 cups boiling water and yogurt. Return meatballs to gravy for 15-20 minutes. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes.
