RICE & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw rice, cook
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, cooked until just tender & drained
1 can water chestnuts, sliced & drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated or sliced or 1 sm. jar Cheese Whiz

Heat soup and cheese together until hot and smooth. Mix with rice that has been cooked. Add broccoli and chestnuts and mix together. Place in casserole and top with bread crumbs. Reserve some cheese to spoon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
