PUMPKIN PIE CAKE 
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
4 eggs
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 cup butter, melted
1 c. pecan, chopped

Beat first 7 ingredients and put in greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle cake mix over mixture evenly. Pour melted butter over cake mix. Sprinkle nutmeats over it all. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour and no longer. Cool. Top with Cool Whip.
