BACON AND EGG CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
2 c. unseasoned croutons
2 c. onion and Italian croutons
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
8 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
10-12 slices bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled
2 c. milk

Coat a 9 x 11 x 2 inch casserole dish with vegetable spray. Place croutons in casserole dish and pour melted butter over. Sprinkle grated cheese over croutons. Mix milk and mustard and pour over cheese. Sprinkle bacon evenly over all. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let set 15 minutes. Yield: 8-10 servings.
