HUMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. bananas, chopped

Combine dry ingredients. Add beaten eggs and oil; stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not beat cake or will be tough. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas. Put in well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. (I like to make 24 cupcakes.)

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat ingredients together and ice cake or cupcakes. Can sprinkle pecans on top.
