SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 stick butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add sour cream. Mix. Sift together flour, salt, soda, add to batter. Add vanilla. Bake in greased and floured tube pan (bundt). Start in 325 degree oven. Turn down to 300 degrees after 15 to 20 minutes. Total baking time is 1 1/2 hours.
