SAVORY HAM `N CHEESECAKE 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen leaf spinach, thawed & well drained
2 c. finely chopped cooked ham
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. half & half
3 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 9 inch round springform pan with non-stick cooking spray. In large skillet, over high heat, saute onion and garlic in oil until onion is soft. Remove pan from heat; stir in spinach and ham.

In large bowl with electric mixer at medium, beat cream cheese until smooth; add remaining 7 ingredients; beat until smooth. Fold in spinach mixture; spoon into prepared pan. Bake 1-1 1/4 hours until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly on wire rack; cover and chill several hours. Remove side of pan; cut into wedges. Makes 16 servings.
